Jan2013 037Here is a yummy pull a part  Monkey bread recipe

Jan2013 012My mom pre made the bread using the bread recipe above but you can use a loaf of frozen bread too. I have tried this recipe both ways and like them both.

Jan2013 015To start my mom greased the pan and sprinkled brown sugar in the bottom of a bunt pan.

Jan2013 018My mom then cut the bread dough into little bite size pieces.

Jan2013 020You then roll the dough in your hand and shake about six pieces at a time in a bag of sugar and cinnamon until completely covered.

Jan2013 022One all the bread pieces are in the pan cover and let rest for 20 minutes. After resting you can use a package of Jell-o Pumpkin spice pudding mix to add a little flavor. Just sprinkle the mix over the bread.

Jan2013 030My mom melted a stick of butter down and drizzled it over the bread pieces. You can use more or less butter. It's all up to your taste. Let this rest for another 20 minutes, Then back at 375 for 20 minutes.

Jan2013 036There you have your completed Monkey Bread. I can't keep this in my house. My family eats this all in a day. Every time someone walks into the kitchen they end up walking out with a piece of Monkey bread.
