After one week on Nutrisystem

I have been on the Nutrisystem diet for one week now and boy has it been an eye opener and a life change. I am learning how to live with food with it being good for me and not over eating. To see the size portions I ate before to what I eat now is shocking. I can say I feel like I am eating more now than I was before. I am eating a meal or snack about every 3 hours. I can't wait to see what next weeks post weigh in will be. Oh ya I forgot to say that I lost 6.4 pounds this week 🙂
