Moist and delicious Banana Walnut Bread is a simple recipe that is timeless! A true crowd pleaser! I only have one issue with this recipe! I make it to give away and end up eating it.

3 Very Ripe Bananas
1/3 C. Melted Butter
3/4 C. Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1 1/2 C. of all-purpose Flour
1/2 C Walnuts, chopped

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
Use a wooden spoon to stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
Mix in the baking soda and salt.
Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
Mix in the flour.
Fold in the chopped walnuts.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350F or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.

I would love stainless steel measuring cups. Or even spoons! I have a plastic set of both which are old and unfortunately have deteriorated over time. This makes measuring accurately kind of hard. Stainless steel is much easier to clean and maintain! The bread looks delicious, thanks for the recipe!
