The giveaway is open only to individuals who are at least twenty one (21) years of age at the time of entry, who are legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. The moment I saw the Pandoro I knew I wanted to do a decorated Whoville themed. I used a whip cream frosting and Christmas decorations. When finished everyone couldn't wait to try it out. We put up our Christmas tree and ate my Whoville Pandoro.
