  1. I like there is a recipe book to help doing a healthy change in your diet, which is what I really need.

  2. I like the looks of the Nutri Bullet and I learned you can make doughs as well as drinks!! It is very pretty and I need this in my kitchen!

  3. I learned that their site is very informative. It even contained a bit of helpful information on Fibromyalgia like what foods to eat and what foods to avoid. It also had help with migraine headaches.

  4. They have a great extraction prep chart that shows you what needs to be done to each item before using it.

  5. i like the fact that you can make dough or drinks with this and love that it comes with a recipe book 😉 thanks

  6. I would like this so I can make the Skinny Shamrock Shake! Since I’m diabetic, I am supposed to have greens and this would be a great way to get them!

  7. There is an Oat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe that looks good. It is American Chocolate Week!

  8. I like their post on bringing it to the office. What a convenient, quick, and healthy lunch idea.

  9. I read their Nutriblasters information and found a great site called Fit Bottomed Girls that is for my area.

  10. i like the fact that you don’t have to worry about seeds or nuts, nutra bullet will shew them up to 🙂

  11. I learned that heavy-duty blenders heat up when running for an extended period of time killing enzymes but the NutriBullet emulsifies foods in just seconds. The system never heats up to 118 degrees Farenheit which is the point at which enzymes are denatured. Heat, light,, and air are the main elements that kill enzymes. Who knew right. So by using a NutriBullet you are eating more healthy enzymes. What I like is they have pages and pages of healthy recipes to use in your NutriBullet like the energy boosting blast recipe. My favorite was like on page 25 Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie , Oh yes please! lol

  12. Shari Pack’s story is inspiring how from being weak from battling cancer to adding vegetables helped her build back.

  13. They have a Real People, Real Results blog area filled with posts from people talking about their experiences. This really gives you a give feel for how changing your diet will work.
