  1. I make chicken in the pressure cooker. I like to use it for both skin on and boneless skinless. A couple second under the broiler the skin crisps but the meat is still juicy and tender.

  2. I am so waiting for the warmer weather. I have lots and lots of seedlings under grow lights that I can’t wait to plant in my gardens. We really can’t plant outside safely until thee very end of May or early June. I can plant seeds though for some plants.

  6. It might sound odd but what I love to cook is a recipe that I was taught as a child from a single mother; that never got a dime of child support. It is – Pressure Cooker Beef, Cauliflower, Lemon Rice and Honey Glazed Asparagus w/ Almonds.

    Its been having a few additions but often have to substitute Beef w/ Chicken being our income has declined over the years.

  10. I would either make my family’s recipe for chili or these hot and spicy meatball appetizers that all of the neighborhood kids love.

  12. i cook stews in the slow cooker, as well I’ve tried a pulled pork but wasnt crazy about that

  15. My favorite thing to cook in a slow cooker is ribs. I like them with rubbed with spices and barbecue sauce. Slow and low gets the ribs done right.
