The twisted sista Rescue Me treatment works great and is very easy to apply. I have very long hair and I use about 4 pumps when I apply the Rescue Me treatment to my damp hair. This rubs right in and I then can style my hair for the day. I have been using this for only a week when I took the picture below and my hair looked so healthy and shiny.
