I get products sent to me daily to try out. I unfortunately don’t have time to do a post for each item that I get to review. So I want to make sure these items get seen and learned about. The only other solution I could see to do is to do a October’s Food & Drink Product Roundup 2018 on the products I like and want my readers to know about. I hope you enjoy these as much as I and my other reviewers did.
Ground Sumac
100% Natural Gluten Free No MSG No Additives No Preservatives
TURMERIC POWDER
Turmeric has anti-oxidant properties which is why it has long been an Indian home remedy for many illnesses. Turmeric is used on its own in many Asian dishes, including fish curries, dhals, pilafs as well as in many North African meat and vegetable dishes. Turmeric also gives chutneys and pickles (such as piccalilli) their distinctive yellow tinge. It has a slight peppery aroma and a musky taste!

Ground Sumac and Ground Tumeric have good photos on the label. They make me want to make Indian food. I’ve had Ground Sumac in Middle Eastern Salads along with Oregano to give it zing.
I have never used tumeric, but with its’ anti-oxidant properties I am sure it is a win-win!
(October’s Food & Drink Product Roundup 2018) I do believe that I have some Tumeric already in my spice drawer. It’s been awhile since I have used it in anything though.
I have had halvah before and love it, so I know I would enjoy the tahini bars.
I have heard nothing but good things about the use of Turmeric and it’s healing properties. I would love to try this some day soon in hopes that it may help my illness.
I don’t believe I’ve ever used ground sumac. It’s been a while since I used tumeric as well.
I would love to try the vanilla energy bar they look delicious
