The StandScan is a great idea for anyone who likes using their Smartphone to save stuff on. The StandScan when folded down is about the size of a magazine. It only takes about 20 seconds to unfold and pop the StandScan up. With the added light of the StandScan your phone can easily read any thing you want to scan into your phone. I took the above picture to show how bright the StandScan is. There is to options in powering the lights. One is a plug in power supply or you can use the more portable option which is battery. The items we scanned into the phone came out great from using the StandScan.

I think this is a great product, and super helpful…I love the idea about trade shows, etc…and not having to carry around a bulky handful of papers!

that's brilliant! i've always hated trying to photograph papers with words or books, etc – the edges are always darker if you use flash… or i have to take 3-4 photos, one of each section/paragraph… and, of course, my ever-shaky hands make the words blur half the time…
so yeah, whoever thought this up is just brilliant.
