My first though of the SuperSwizz Spiral Slicer was oh boy how is this going to work? Well I can say the SuperSwizz Spiral Slicer is very simple to use and I have used it twice to make Julian potatoes for one of my casseroles. I still am playing with the Spiral slicer and have many ideas that I can't wait to try out. I can say that I have played with the slicer and cut up carrots (which was great), tomatoes ( a big mess), cucumber (another success) and of course potatoes for my bunnies to eat. The SuperSwizz Spiral Slicer is a little tricky to clean but the brushes come in great to help get the veggie chunks out of the sharp blades.
