Not only are the boots great for keeping your feet warm but they help you get through the deep snow. My husband works 10 hour days and he likes the support the Lugz boots give his feet through out the day. The quality of the boots last as my husband has worn other boots that will fall apart after a week. These Drifters still look almost new and they have been put through the paces already.

Jan2013 041I got one of each of the shoe and boot deodorizers for my husband to try. My husband has some pretty bad smelling feet, so I wanted to try out these Ever Bamboo deoderizers to see if they would help. Well I can say that I no longer can smell my husband's shoes or boots when he takes them off as he put the deoderizer right in them. Before I could smell my husband's shoes or boots and would make him put them in the basement stair well. Now after the first use the foot smell no longer is noticible in the shoes or boots. As for my husbands feet that is another story lol

A few days ago I received a rewards card to purchase an item from Shoe Carnival so that I could  do a review of their products. I have had the opportunity to visit their stores several times in the past,  so I was very excited about this opportunity.

Shoe Carnival stores are what I would like to refer to as 'self service' stores. Where the customer walks in and sees aisles, and aisles of shoe options to choose from.  If you a question about an item there are employees available to answer them.

While at the Shoe Carnival store I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wide variety of options. Because it gets so cold here in Chicago I thought I'd shop for a nice 'warm' pair of boots. The store was filled with shoppers so I had be quick in making my choice because the selections were dwindling down even as I shopped. I found several choices that I really liked, but I decided on the pair in the picture below. I have warned them out in the elements several times, and they are so comfortable that you can forget you even have them on.

Shoe Carnival is a store that I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a great pair of shoes, and the fact that their sales people were so courteous was an extra bonus.
