My mom will make some of the side dishes the night before so all she has to do on Thanksgiving day is cook the turkey, make an additional side and wait until they are almost cook to place everything in the oven to get warm. The above picture is my mom's oven on Thanksgiving day 2012. My mom will make her deserts a few days before to help save on time. Also my mom will make a list so she knows what all goes on the table so nothing gets left out.

This was my dinner plate last year on Thanksgiving. Can you believe my mom had all of this in the oven. Everything was hot and already and very filling.
