I took my family to try the new Cool Ranch Dorito Taco at Taco Bell tonight for dinner. I bought a 12 pack and my son & hubby ate them all. My hubby and son like the new Cool Ranch taco. Hubby even came up with a new take on the Cool ranch taco by adding Dorito nacho cheese chips to it. Over all we enjoyed our dinner tonight and can't wait to try the next new item.

I've never heard of the Cool Ranch Taco, but we really love the flavor of ranch, so I'd love to try these soon!

Oh your so lucky! The closest Taco Bell is in the city an hour and a half from here. When we do get to go to the city which isn't often with gas prices, we always stop at KFC/TACO BELL. I haven't had the chance to try the cool Ranch yet but it sounds good. It's probably a good thing it's so far away. It wouldn't do well with my diet.
I saw a bunch of twitter posts last night because a lot of the taco bells were apparently unaware they could offer this a day early and a lot of folks showed up and were unable to get one. I saw a couple people post that their taco bell didn't even know what they were talking about .I think they might need more training.
Hmmm…. next time I have a greasy comfort food craving I know where I'm heading. 🙂 Love Doritos, so could be good.
Can see where this would be really good, but I haven't tried it. I like taco bell but typically get a burrito or nachos. I wonder if they will start using Doritos in other items.

Have you tried using doritos in recipes at home. I have a friend that likes them on his hamburgers and sandwiches, but I was thinking cool ranch would be great in a mexican casserole.

This makes sense when you think about it. I'm surprised we haven't had flavored taco shells before being like chips it seems like their are many possibilities out there. Wonder if more varieties are to come…
I hadn't heard of these until I read this review, but was able to try them this week and they were really good. Then I had an even better idea- homemade nachos with Cooler Ranch Doritos instead of tortilla chips. Amazing!

I saw a billboard for this yesterday and thought of you. My family started discussing what other things we thought would be good to use for the taco shell. It's an interesting concept with lots of possibilities.
We're not big Taco Bell fans but we recently got a 12 pack of these and I was surprised at yummy they were! I love Cool Ranch Doritos, so how could you go wrong! I would definitely get them again. 🙂
